Each student must have access to a copy of the United States Constitution, which will be used to answer a series of questions in sections entitled:

  • The Preamble and Articles I-VII
  • Amendments 1-10 (Bill of Rights)
  • Other Amendments

TIP: Go over the first five questions in the section entitled "Preamble and Articles I-VII" with your students. This helps them understand how to use the Constitution to find answers.

After reading through and answering questions in the previously mentioned sections, class members answer Thought Questions pertaining to the Bill of Rights. This helps develop critical thinking skills.

Easy-to-follow Teacher Instructions and answer key included, along with a 20-question follow up quiz to measure student progress. The quiz can also be given as a homework assignment.
