Mail, Email, or Fax

Mail a purchase order to Learning Center USA, PO Box 19, Scio, NY 14880, email in PDF format to [email protected], or fax to 585-593-0313. Please include product name and item #. Purchase orders must have the signature of an authorized purchasing agent. Payment is due 30 days after receipt of materials on orders from schools and institutions. All orders are quickly processed and shipped.

If you would like assistance preparing a purchase order, or a quote is required beforehand, let us know. We can quickly fill out and return any vendor forms that you may need. A copy of Learning Center USA's W-9 can also be provided right away via fax or email upon request.
