PURCHASE ORDER (email or mail)

Mail a purchase order to Learning Center USA, PO Box 19, Scio, NY 14880 or email in PDF format to [email protected]. Please include product name and item #. Purchase orders must have the signature of an authorized purchasing agent. Payment is due 30 days after receipt of materials on orders from schools and institutions. All orders are quickly processed and shipped.

If you would like assistance preparing a purchase order or a quote is required beforehand, let us know. We can quickly fill out and return any vendor forms that you may need. A copy of Learning Center USA's W-9 can also be provided right away via email upon request.

Mailed order forms must include a check, money order, or credit card number (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) with expiration date, cardholder's name, and telephone number. If you are paying by check, we reserve the right to ship after the check clears.
