PURCHASE ORDER (email or mail)
Send a purchase order via email in PDF format to [email protected] (recommended) or by regular mail to Learning Center USA, PO Box 19, Scio, NY 14880. Please include product name and item #. Purchase orders must be signed by an authorized purchasing agent. Payment is due 30 days after receipt of materials.
